So today i went makeup shopping :)
I went into house of fraser and the bareminerals display jumped out at me,i have been recently foraying into the world of mineral makeup, but bareminerals promises 100% minerals in their foundation, which is hard to find in cheaper products.I have heard very good things about this product, but at £22 it did seem a lot for a foundation.
The sales assistent approached me and asked if i needed any help,i told her i was interested in the foundation and she offered to put some on me.She then asked me to take my makeup off and apply a primer to my face.Meawhile, she had laid out 3 shades of the product and brushed a stripe of each colour onto my cheek. She then asked me which shade i prefered. (I am shade fairly light,as i have both pink and olive undertones but fair skin)
She then applied this to my whole face, only one layer. The brush was very soft and there was no itchyness or stinging sensation.I was gobsmacked when i looked into the hand mirror-my face looked flawless!
I have by no means got perfect skin,i have many blemishes and redness and dry patches. But this foundation gave an excellent coverage :) needless to say,i was very impressed and purchased a pot of it.At £22 it is the most i have ever spent on a foundation, and i hope it was worth it.
Tommorow i will apply it myself and will post a review and before and after pictures,as i know we all love looking at them!
Thankyou for reading <3

First impressions
Well, i'm not really sure what to write for the all important first post, i started this blog so i can try my best to help inform people of my opinions about various products,i don't pretend to be any kind of expert but i love reading reviews and blogs before buying anything so i hope to help people in the same way other blogs help me :)
